You are not asked to pay upfront just to hold a normal tuning appointment.
Booking Policy
No deposit. No pressure.
We do not charge a deposit to book. If you arrive, change your mind, or decide Llandow Tuning is not for you before work starts, you are free to leave.
A booking should feel transparent. If you arrive and decide not to go ahead before work starts, that is fine.
We would rather a customer makes a clear decision before work starts than feels locked into a service they are unsure about. Vehicle tuning involves trust, and trust should be earned before money changes hands.
This is why Llandow Tuning does not ask for a deposit just to secure a tuning appointment.
Why No Deposit?
Why some workshops take deposits and why this site takes a different approach.
Deposits can be reasonable in the motor trade when special parts are ordered, custom work is prepared in advance, or a workshop needs to protect a large booking slot. For a standard tuning booking, this site takes a different approach: the customer should still have a simple choice when they arrive.
If you come to us, speak to the team, look at the workshop and decide it is not right for you, you can leave. No argument. No awkward conversation. No deposit to fight over.
If you arrive and decide not to proceed before work starts, you can leave.
The workshop, process and conversation should give you confidence before the job begins.
Buyer Confidence
Understand the booking terms before committing.
If any workshop asks for a deposit, it is reasonable to ask what it covers, whether it is refundable, and what happens if the vehicle is not suitable for the work when it arrives.
The important point is transparency. A customer should know what they are agreeing to before money changes hands.
For normal tuning appointments, the no-deposit approach is intended to let customers proceed because the process makes sense, not because they feel financially committed before they have arrived.
Before Work Starts
If it is not right, pause before the work starts.
If you arrive and feel Llandow Tuning is not the right place for your car, leave before the work starts. That is better for everyone.
If you do go ahead, you are paying for workshop time, testing, calibration work, diagnostics where required and the process agreed for your vehicle. Our money back policy explains how we treat tuning work once it has been carried out.
